Vacationers who want to continue their high-stepping dance moves at sea are in luck. “Cruise ships offer endless opportunities for guests to strut their stuff,” said Terry L. Dale, president and CEO of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the cruise industry’s chief marketing organization, which counts as its members the 19 leading North American cruise lines and more than 16,500 travel agencies. Dancing on the Seven Seas. A friend of mine says that dancing is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Is that “joy unconfined”? Whatever your joy of dance might be, from swing to waltz, shipboard dancing can be one of the highlights of your cruise vacation. According to a recent Princess Cruises News Report, "passengers enthralled with the current popularity of ballroom dancing on television will thoroughly enjoy Princess' latest dance event -- Ballroom Blitz. The article states that "participants
will have the opportunity to learn a variety of basic
ballroom dances with special lessons throughout the
cruise. They can then show off their moves in a series
of evening competitions that will crown the passengers
who have best mastered the intricacies of the foxtrot,
