Main Attractions: The Royal Caribbean Cruise ships are among the most imaginative at sea offering everything everything from ice skating to rock climbing right in the middle of the ocean. There is so much to do for the whole family on a Royal Caribbean cruise and they pride themselves on offering activities for five different age groups. Some of the main attractions include mini golf, a fabulous day spa and fitness center, Vegas Style casinos and nightly musical stage productions and comedy shows.

Enrichment and Personal Growth Programs: Many classes are offered through-out the day on the Royal Caribbean. You can participate in arts and crafts classes, line dancing, art workshops, destination lectures and many fitness classes

Ballroom Dance Facilities: Royal Caribbean offers a variety of ballroom dance venues performed live in their bars and lounges. Big Band Dance Music is played in the Safari Lounge on Deck 7 on the Serenade of the Seas most evenings. At least one evening is dedicated to a Big Band Theme night called "Strictly Cruise Dancing" offered in their largest dance lounge, the Safari. Ballroom dancing and music is also offered in the Centrum on Deck 4.

New! Guests sailing Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas will now have the opportunity to compete for the honor of best ballroom dancers at sea. Guest dancers can Rumba, Samba, Cha-Cha, Waltz or Swing into the spotlight in "Invitation to Dance," the cruise line's newest production show featuring guests as the stars. Created in conjunction with Louis van Amstel, Emmy-nominated choreographer for ABC-TV's "Dancing with the Stars," and Cheryl Burke, two-time winner on the show, "Invitation to Dance" transports the world of professional ballroom dancing to the high seas.

Accommodations. Royal Caribbean offeres four categories of accommodations for cruising including interior statesrooms, ocean view statesrooms, balcony staterooms and balcony suites. All rooms offer private bathrooms with shower, vanity area, tv, telephones, refrigerators and mini bars. Special features include pillow top matresses, duvet covers, microfiber pillows and lovely cotton sheets.

Dining: The dining is exceptional on Royal Caribbean. They offer 2 seatings for the main dining each evening where they serve up a delicious 4 course meal. If you don't wish to leave your room, they offer 24 hour room service. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, the Windjammer Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers tasty buffet style food. There are also specialty restaurants on board including Chops Grille steakhouse, Portofino Italian restaurant and the Seaview Cafe offering casual dining.

Main Daytime Attractions: Enjoy the Solarium which is an adult-only pool with a retractable glass roof, mini golf course, pool deck and whirlpools with a kids area, self-leveling pool tables, Latte-tudes coffee shop, a fitness center and day spa, bingo, and a sports deck with a basketball court.

Main Evening Activities: The night life on the Royal Caribbean offers something for everyone's taste. In addition to the ballroom dance venues, they have a piano bar, classical guitarist, easy listening music, jazz venues and night club dancing. You may also gamble in the Casino Royale and enjoy the fabulous Broadway-style productions in the Tropical Theater.
